Talk about a role

Professional summary

Takes systems apart to understand how they work, then rebuilds them to work better, for 24 years: from engineering client networks, to running a managed IT business for 14 years, to building AI agents. Building it is half the job; the other half is making sure the people who use it know what changed, why it works this way, and how to use it, learned with small-business clients who needed their systems explained, not just installed.

Core capabilities

  • AI agents and custom tools that act on company systems, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and multi-agent pipelines
  • Integrations that connect platforms never built to talk to each other, through REST APIs and webhooks
  • Data cleanup that merges records from several systems into one source, with deduplication and entity resolution
  • Templates and configuration standards that keep processes consistent across teams and turnover
  • Change adoption that walks non-technical staff through what changed, why, and how to use it
  • IT infrastructure and vendor management across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, firewalls, and backup and disaster recovery
  • Productive with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Python, JavaScript, Git, and the command line

Selected AI builds

Webinar partner prospecting

Alternative Payments ,

  • Challenge: finding and qualifying webinar partners by hand, across browser tabs and spreadsheets, 5 to 10 prospects a day.
  • Solution: bulk company sourcing (Vendelux, G2, review sites), Apollo enrichment with fit scoring, then contact discovery, with each contact approved or declined before Lemlist outreach. Ran as one local MCP server.
  • Result: ramped from about 5 prospects a day to 25 to 50 a day over 2 months. Of about 1,400 MSP channel vendors sourced, 100 to 150 were screened out by hand (competitors, size mismatch, poor fit); one enrichment run then narrowed the remaining 1,249 to 665 scored and 129 targets in 6 to 8 hours over 2 workdays. Outreach to the approved subset: 290 LinkedIn connection invitations, 80 accepted (27.6%), 20 replies, 12 booked meetings.

Attribution database and dashboard

Alternative Payments , to

  • Challenge: 3 disconnected systems with no shared view of what the program produced.
  • Solution: an Airtable database of about 12 tables unifying Zoom, HubSpot, and Salesforce, with formula fields doing the calculations, audited against the CRM, and a dashboard refreshed after each event.
  • Result: cross-event analysis across 77 webinars in 19 months showed which topics, guests, and time slots performed best.

Jev Email Triage

Independent build ,

  • Challenge: reading every incoming email by hand to find the ones that need attention.
  • Solution: a label-only triage pipeline that scores each unread email once, using a composite of AI judgments and message facts, on a 15-minute schedule.
  • Result: surfaces the roughly 1 in 9 messages that need attention and leaves the rest unread under a label; nothing is archived or deleted automatically. Triages about 60 emails a day at about 6 cents a week in model costs.

MCP servers on Railway with Tailscale

Independent build ,

  • Challenge: MCP servers running as local processes on one machine.
  • Solution: hosted the servers on Railway, each joined to a private Tailscale network, with persistent storage and no public exposure.
  • Result: AI agents reach the tools from any of the owner’s devices, and nobody else can.

Home Assistant parental-control integration

Independent build ,

  • Challenge: a consumer parental-control service with no public API and no home-automation control.
  • Solution: a native Home Assistant integration: per-child status, allow, block, and extend controls, a dashboard, and Siri voice control.
  • Result: contacted the vendor before publishing and followed their guidance; the integration stays private and unbranded.
